Natalia Harrison
Chairperson (She/Her)

Natalia Harrison is a Life Member of the Alpha Omicron chapter of Tau Beta Sigma at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. While at SHSU, Natalia served in multiple officer positions for her chapter. In 2016, she was elected to the position of Southwest Secretary/Treasurer and went on to serve two terms as the Southwest District President from 2017- 2019.
After graduating, she became a member of Tau Beta Sigma Alumni Association and the Southwest District Alumni Association where she has served as the Education Coordinator and Programs Director for SWDAA. She also serves as a member of the National Leadership team as a Chapter Visitation Assistant. In addition, she currently serves on the TBS History and Archives Committee and TBSAA Programs Committee.Natalia now lives in Conroe, TX where she works as an elementary music teacher. In her free time, she likes to play disc golf with her husband Jamie, cuddle her dog Phoebe, and go thrift shopping around the Houston area.

Chelsea Zuniga
Membership Director (She/Her)

Chelsea is a Life Member of the Alpha Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma at Oklahoma State University. She was initiated during the spring 2016 semester her freshman year. During her time as an active, she served as Treasurer for one semester and President for five semesters. She was also very involved in OSU’s NAfME chapter, serving as Treasurer for one year and President for one year. She was initiated into the Iota Alpha Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota in fall 2017 and served one year as Treasurer as well.
Chelsea graduated from OSU in fall 2019 with a Bachelor of Music Education in Instrumental Music Education. During her time at OSU, she was an active member of the Cowboy Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, and Symphony Orchestra. She also served the Cowboy Marching Band as a section leader for three seasons.
Chelsea currently resides in Oklahoma where she teaches band to grades 6-12, and is planning to return to school online in summer 2022 for her Master of Music in Music Education at the University of Central Oklahoma. Chelsea has two beautiful cats, Cricket and Junior, and over 75 plants of various sizes that she cares for.

Amelia Dunmore
Programs Director (She/Her)

Amelia Dunmore is an Alumni member of the Alpha Omicron chapter of Tau Beta Sigma at Sam Houston State University where she graduated with a degree in Education EC-12.
Since graduating, she has joined the Southwest District Alumni Association and served as a member of the Programs Committee before taking on the role of Programs Director for the 2023-2024 term.She currently teaches second grade and loves to spend time playing board games with friends, doing yoga, and visiting the various Renaissance Faires of the United States.

Lea Sanchez
Communications Director (She/Her)
2 Years in SWDAA
Lea Sanchez is a Life Member of the Alpha Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. She was initiated into the fraternity in the Spring of 2019. Lea has served within her chapter’s ritual, social and jurisdiction committees. She served as the chapter’s Sergeant-at-Arms from 2021-2022 and on the national Chapter Operations Committee (CHOPS) from 2021-2023.
While at Oklahoma State, Lea was part of the Cowboy Marching Band for 4 years and served as a visual section leader during her final year. Lea was also involved in the OSU Wind Ensemble, OSU Symphonic Band, OSU Concert Band, OSU Symphony Orchestra, and the Frontiers New Music Ensemble on Bb clarinet, Eb, clarinet, bass clarinet. She graduated in May 2022 with a Bachelors in Music Performance.
Lea is currently at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK working on her Masters in Clarinet Performance with a certificate in Arts Management and Entrepreneurship. She is also a private clarinet teacher at Southmoore High School in Moore, Oklahoma.
In her free time, Lea enjoys taking walks around campus and would often greet the campus geese if they don’t hiss at her. She is also a major fan of Disney’s Tron, and co-hosts a podcast about the franchise.

Ryan Smith
Finance Director (He/Him)
3 Years in SWDAA
Ryan Smith is a Life of the Epsilon chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at Mississippi State University. He became a Brother in the Fall of 2012 and served as Vice President of Membership, Secretary, and Co-Chair of the Eighth Note publication (Southeast District publication) while an Active.
In addition to Finance Director, Ryan is the co-chair of the national Communications Committee for Kappa Kappa Psi and host of Kappa Kappa Psi Presents, the podcast for Kappa Kappa Psi.
Ryan is the Band Director and Fine Arts Director at All Saints Episcopal School in Tyler, Texas. This is his 7th year of teaching. In his free time, Ryan makes cosplay costumes, games, and cooks.

Kiara Penn
KKPsi Member at Large (She/Her/They/Them)
First Year in SWDAA
Kiara (Kiki) Penn is an alumnus of the Epsilon Beta chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas. She was initiated into the fraternity in the spring of 2019. During her time as an active member, she served many leadership roles in her chapter. These roles include the following: Historian(2020), Vice President for Membership(2020-2021), and Alumni Secretary(2021). Kiara played in UCA’s Bear Marching Band(BMB), Purple Rage, University Band, and the Conway Community Band where she played the clarinet and saxophone during her undergraduate years.
She graduated in the fall of 2022 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree where she majored in Mathematics Education. Right after she graduated, she joined SWDAA and the Greater Houston Alumni Association, as well as helping start up the Central Arkansas Alumni Association for brothers in the Central Arkansas area or were initiated there. She currently is a committee member of Kappa Kappa Psi’s National Curriculum Development Committee as well.
Kiara currently lives in Richmond, Texas where she is a math teacher at George Bush High School. In her free time, you will usually see Kiara either doing some form of art, listening to music of all kinds, mumbling about math, and fangirling over KKPsi, comic books, anime, video games, Supernatural, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Dungeon and Dragons. In short, she is a big time nerd. No matter what, she will more than likely have a huge smile on her face.

Ciara Gibbs
TBS Member at Large (She/Her)

Ciara Gibbs is a Life Member of the Eta Pi Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma at Northwestern State University of Louisiana. During her time as an active member, she served as the Recording Secretary for one year and President for two years. She also served as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Southwest District from January 2018 - April 2019 and as the President for the 2019 - 2020 academic year. She graduated in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She is currently a financial advisor with Equitable. Outside of work, she loves to cook, go on new adventures, and watch a ton of TikTok videos.
