Chelsea Zuniga
Chairperson (She/Her/Hers)

Chelsea Zuniga is a Life Member of the Alpha Chapter at Oklahoma State University. As an active, Chelsea served her chapter as Treasurer and President. Currently, she serves on the National Curriculum Committee, Southwest District Alumni Association Board of Directors, and the TBS Alpha Chapter Alumni Association Board of Directors. Previously she served Tau Beta Sigma as a Chapter Visitation Associate.
Chelsea received her Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Music Education from Oklahoma State University. Residing in Tulsa, OK, Chelsea is currently a grades 6-12 Band Director in the Tulsa area. She enjoys taking care of her three cats, Cricket, Junior, and Harley, tending to her many plants, spending time with her siblings, and traveling for sorority and professional development events.

Kiara (Kiki) Penn
Membership Director (She/They/Her/Them)

Kiara (Kiki) Penn is an alumnus of the Epsilon Beta chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas. She was initiated into the fraternity in the spring of 2019. During her time as an active member, she served many leadership roles in her chapter. These roles include the following: Historian (2020), Vice President for Membership (2020–2021), and Alumni Secretary (2021). Kiara played in UCA’s Bear Marching Band (BMB), Purple Rage, University Band, and the Conway Community Band where she played the clarinet and saxophone during her undergraduate years.
She graduated in the fall of 2022 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree where she majored in Mathematics Education. Right after she graduated, she joined SWDAA and the Greater Houston Alumni Association. She has served as a committee member of Kappa Kappa Psi’s National Curriculum Development Committee as well. Now she is currently a committee member of Kappa Kappa Psi’s National Expansion Committee. In SWDAA, she was the KKPsiAA Co-MAL and the Programs Director.
Kiara currently lives in Richmond, Texas where she is a math teacher at George Bush High School. In her free time, you will usually see Kiara either doing some form of art, listening to music of all kinds, mumbling about math, and fangirling over KKPsi, comic books, anime, video games, *Supernatural*, *Star Wars*, *Lord of the Rings*, *Harry Potter*, and *Dungeons & Dragons*. In short, she is a big time nerd. No matter what, she will more than likely have a huge smile on her face.

Harrison Calvert
Programs Director (He/They)
4 Years in SWDAA
Harrison Calvert was initiated into the Alpha Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma at Oklahoma State University in the spring of 2017. While active in the chapter, he served as Treasurer, Historian, Social Chair, and chaired the Jurisdiction Committee at the 2019 Southwest District Convention. Harrison was also a member of the Cowboy Marching Band at Oklahoma State University.
Harrison graduated in spring 2020 with a Bachelor in Computer Science. They then spent 5 years after graduation working on airplane software for the Air Force. Harrison is also the current Chair of the Tau Beta Sigma Alpha Chapter Alumni Association and a member of the Midwest District Alumni Association.
Harrison currently resides in Englewood, CO with his wife Madison (who is also a board member)! In his free time, he enjoys arcade games, watching movies, building computers, and going on hikes.

Wendy Stewart
Communications Director (She/Her/Hers)

Wendy Stewart is a Life Member of the Psi Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma at the University of Arkansas, where she was initiated in Spring 2017. During her time in the organization, she held several leadership roles including Historian and District Chair for her chapter and Vice President for Special Projects for the Southwest District. Wendy remained involved in the sorority after graduation, serving on the SWDAA communications, social, and finance committees, and on the Board of Directors as Tau Beta Sigma Co-Member-At-Large for the 2024–2025 term. She was also an active member of the Razorback Marching Band and Hogwild Pep Band, performing as both a color guard member and a mellophone player. In 2018, she joined the Sigma Omicron chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota, where she served as Treasurer and Vice President of Ritual.
Wendy earned a Bachelor of Music in Woodwind, Brass, and Percussion Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas in 2021. That same year, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Music Education for Special Needs Students while starting her teaching career in Monett, Missouri. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Music in Music Education from Arkansas Tech University and will begin teaching K–5 Music in Cassville, Missouri, in August 2025. Outside of teaching, Wendy enjoys photography, reading, crafting, and traveling. She is a devoted Disney fan—especially of Peter Pan, the inspiration behind her name.

Madison Calvert
Finance Director (She/Her/Hers)

Madison Calvert is a Life Member of the Alpha Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma at Oklahoma State University. She graduated with undergraduate degrees in Management and Marketing with a certificate in Sales and Service Excellence in the Fall of 2021, and with her MBA in Human Resources in the Fall of 2023.
She was initiated into Tau Beta Sigma during the spring 2019 semester during her freshman year. During her time as an active, she served as Recording and Corresponding Secretary for two semesters, Treasurer for two semesters, and President for two semesters. She was also very involved in the TBS Southwest District, serving on the SWD Council as VPM for one year and President for one year. She was also initiated into the Iota Alpha Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota in the fall of 2022 and served one semester as Secretary.
She currently lives in Englewood, Colorado and works as a leader at Target. She loves to spend time outdoors hiking and camping, playing board games with friends, and crafting.

Anabel Topor
Kappa Kappa Psi Member at Large (They/Them/Theirs)

Anabel Topor is a Spring 2025 graduate of the Zeta Kappa Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi from East Texas A&M University. From the time they were initiated in April of 2022, they served as the Vice President of Service for one and a half years (Spring 2023–Fall 2024).
At East Texas, Anabel performed in many ensembles, including the "Pride" Marching Band, concert ensembles, flute choirs, and jazz band on a variety of different instruments. Anabel graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education with a concentration in secondary education. When they have free time, they are going for long walks outside, playing video games, or sewing a new costume to wear at conventions.

Johnny Engelke
Tau Beta Sigma Member At Large (He/Him/His)
2 Years in SWDAA
Johnny Engelke is a North Texas-based clarinetist, chamber musician, and educator. He has performed with ensembles including the San Angelo Symphony, Rockwall Philharmonic, Sherman Symphony, and Texarkana Symphony. Johnny holds degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington (B.M., magna cum laude) and Texas Woman’s University (M.M.), where he also served as a graduate assistant.
A dedicated teacher, he maintains a private clarinet studio and remains active in freelance and orchestral performance. He is a member of the International Clarinet Association, Texas Music Educators Association, National Association of College Wind and Percussion Instructors, AFM Local 72-147, and is a life member of Tau Beta Sigma.
