In this webinar, Brielle will take you through the interview process: Before the Interview: Focus on what you should do in order to prepare for the interview, such as research and prepare for potential questions. During the Interview: Discuss how to present yourself and your resume to the interviewer in the most effective way possible. After the Interview: How to follow up and create realistic expectations that land you the next interview or the job. Brielle is an alumna of the Psi Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma. Since graduating in 2016 with her Psychology degree from the University of Arkansas, she has worked as a technical recruiter, and she has now taken those skills into the corporate recruiting world. As a technical recruiter, she focused on combing through resumes and interviewing potential candidates for positions for clients. In her current position, she travels to college campuses to attend career fairs and recruit entry-level graduates to her company. She is passionate about mental health and helping others achieve their professional goals.

Helen is currently the Head MS Band Director and an Assistant HS Band Director at Bridgeport ISD. She resides in Bridgeport, Texas along with her husband, Chasen, and they are expecting their first child, Preston, in August 2019. In her freetime, Helen enjoys performing in community ensembles, spending time with friends and family and baking sweet treats.

Siobhan Wilkes (Pronounced shiv + awn) is a Life Member of the Beta Zeta Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma at Stephen F. Austin State University. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Hospitality Management with a marketing minor, was a member of the Lumberjack Marching Band in the color guard, and a member of the University Concert Bands. She is a past Chapter President, and Vice President of Membership of Beta Zeta, and was very involved on the District Level as a student and an alumnus. Siobhan was appointed as a Chapter Visitation Assistant in 2015 where she visited chapters within the Southwest District of Tau Beta Sigma to assist with chapter operations, interpersonal relations, and membership concerns. In 2017, Siobhan was elected as the National Vice President for Communication and Recognition for Tau Beta Sigma with a focus to increase conversations amongst our members, as well as used recognition to increase member and chapter participation in National initiatives. Siobhan is a goal-driven hospitality professional with experience in customer relations, group sales, rooms management, and hotel revenue management. Currently, Siobhan works for Hilton Worldwide as a Hotel Revenue Manager where she supports eight hotels nationwide with growing revenue and impact over their competitors. In her free time, Siobhan likes to travel, watch college band performances, cook, and collect houseplants.

Brianna is now the Head Band Director for Sweeny Junior High and assists at Sweeny High School. She currently serves as a Chapter Visitation Assistant for the SWD and is also a member of TBSAA and SWDAA, where she serves on the Programs committee. She spends her free time playing the French horn, cuddling with her dogs, Seamus and Remus, and playing Overwatch with her boyfriend, Scott.
